Singapore Grand Prix

Sebastian Vettel won the Singapore Grand Prix in the Red Bull with Jeson Button in the McLaren finishing second and Vettel's teammate finishing third.

Fernando Alonso in the Ferrari finished fourth, Button's teammate Lewis Hamilton finished fifth, Paul di Resta finished sixth in the Force India, Nico Rosberg finished seventh in the Mercedes, di Resta's teammate Adrian Sutil finished eighth, Alonso's teammate Felipe Massa finished ninth, and Sergio Perez rounded out the points by finishing tenth in the Sauber.

The 61-lap dash was largely an uneventful one as Vettel only needs one more point to clinch the championship for the second year in a row.

Italian Grand Prix

Sebastian Vettel won today's Italian Grand Prix at Monza in the Red Bull, with Jenson Button in the McLaren and Fernando Alonso rounding out the podium in the Ferrari. The 53-lap race was a largely unexciting one and other than Alonso briefly leading the race at the start, Vettel dominated once he regained the lead and was not in any real danger of losing it again. Most of the excitment too place mostly for the other points paying positions.
