Michael Schumacher won today's Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai in the Ferrari. Fernando Alonso finished second in the Renault, while teammate Giancarlo Fisichella finished in third. Jenson Button finished fourth in the Honda.
With the results, Schumacher moves into the lead in the race for the championship title based on number of races won this season even though both Schumacher and Alosno are tied with 116 points each. Schumacher has seven race wins so far this season while Alonso has six. It seems that since the Canadian Grand Prix, Alonso and Renault have been cracking under the pressure considering all the tactical mistakes they've been making since then with Renault botching up the tire changes during the race being the latest example.
The next race will be one week from now with the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka.
