2007 Spanish Grand Prix

Felipe Massa won his second consecutive race by finishing on top in the Spanish Grand Prix at Barcelona in the Ferrari with Lewis Hamilton finishing in second in the McLaren-Mercedes, and Hamilton's teammate Fernando Alonso finishing third. With the results, Hamilton moves into top spot in the race for the driver's title with 30 points, Alonso at 28 points, and Massa at 27 points. Massa's teammate Kimi Raikkonen scored a DNF. Jenson Button finished in twelfth position in the Honda.

Even though the race itself was pretty boring and uneventful, the race for the driver's championship still remains close with a three-way race (perhaps growing to four or five as the season goes along) after four races. The next race will be one of my favourites, the Monaco Grand Prix which takes place on May 27 through the streets of Monte Carlo.
